Our mission extends to bridging the gap between innovators and investors, creating a safe space for vetted inventions and business ideas. By using our services, you agree to abide by the following Terms of Use.

2. Eligibility:

Our services are available to businesses that align with our mission of societal well-being and customer satisfaction. To be eligible for our services, businesses must be legally registered, operational, and willing to undergo our vetting process. Representatives of businesses must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to agree to these Terms of Use on behalf of their business.

3. Services:

IOI offers a range of services designed to promote and support innovative, value-oriented businesses. These include:

  • Business Vetting: We conduct a thorough vetting process to assess the suitability of businesses for our services. This process involves reviewing business operations, financial information, and other relevant data.
  • PR Services: We provide PR services to businesses that pass our vetting process. These services are designed to increase visibility and recognition for businesses that prioritize societal well-being and customer satisfaction.
  • Nomination and Awards Process: We facilitate a nomination and awards process to recognize outstanding businesses. This process involves collecting nominations, assessing nominees, and presenting awards to selected businesses.

4. User Responsibilities:

As a user of IOI’s services, you are expected to:

  • Provide Accurate Information: You must provide accurate and complete information during the business vetting process and any other interactions with IOI. Any changes to this information should be promptly communicated to IOI.
  • Comply with Guidelines: You must comply with any guidelines or rules provided by IOI in relation to our services. This includes respecting the decisions made by IOI during the vetting and awards processes.
  • Use Services Responsibly: You must use IOI’s services in a responsible and lawful manner. Any misuse of our services, including providing false information or attempting to manipulate the vetting or awards processes, may result in suspension or termination of access to our services.

1.B. PR Services and User Content:

As part of our PR services, we may create and distribute content about your business. This could include press releases, social media posts, blog articles, and other promotional materials. By using our services, you grant IOI a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and publicly display this content for the purpose of providing our services. You also represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to grant this license and that the use of such content will not infringe or violate any rights of any third party.

2.B. Fees and Payment:

Our PR services are subject to fees, which will be communicated to you in advance. By using our services, you agree to pay these fees in a timely manner and in accordance with our payment terms. Failure to make payments may result in suspension or termination of our services. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly provided in these Terms of Use.

3.B. Disclaimers:

While we strive to provide high-quality PR services, we cannot guarantee any specific results. Our services are provided “as is” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any results obtained from the use of our services will be accurate or reliable. We disclaim all liability for any loss or damage arising from the use of our services to the fullest extent permitted by law.

1.C. Intellectual Property Rights:

All content and services provided by IOI are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. You agree to respect all copyright and other legal notices, information, and restrictions contained in any content accessed through our services. (Ref: The Copyright Act, 1957, India)

2.C. Limitation of Liability:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IOI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services. (Ref: The Indian Contract Act, 1872)

3.C. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

These Terms of Use and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation are governed by and construed in accordance with the law of India. You agree that the courts of India will have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these Terms of Use. (Ref: The Indian Penal Code, 1860)

1.D. Termination of Services:

IOI reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms of Use. Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to you in these Terms of Use will immediately cease. IOI is not liable to you or any third party for termination of your access to our services. SLA Agreement


Service Level Agreement (SLA) for Innovative India (IOI)

1. Introduction

This Service Level Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between the client (“You” or “Your”) and Innovative India (IOI). This Agreement outlines the standards and commitments IOI pledges to meet regarding the services provided to You.

2. Services Covered

This Agreement covers the PR services, business vetting processes, and nomination and awards processes provided by IOI.

3. Service Commitments

a. Response Time: IOI commits to acknowledging any service requests, inquiries, or complaints within 24 hours of receipt.

b. PR Service Delivery: Upon successful completion of the business vetting process, IOI commits to initiating the PR campaign within 10 business days.

c. Business Vetting Process Duration: IOI will complete the business vetting process within 30 business days from the date of receiving all necessary documentation and information.

d. Data Update and Correction: IOI commits to updating its records within 5 business days after receiving any updated or corrected information from businesses.

e. Service Uptime: IOI commits to maintaining a 99.9% uptime for its online platforms, excluding scheduled maintenance.

f. Scheduled Maintenance: IOI will provide users with a minimum of 48 hours notice for any scheduled maintenance or downtime. Maintenance will be scheduled during off-peak hours to minimize disruptions.

g. Review and Reporting: IOI will provide quarterly performance reports to businesses availing of its PR services, detailing the outcomes and reach of the PR campaigns.

4. Remedies for Service Failures

In the event IOI fails to meet the stipulated SLA terms, affected businesses may be entitled to:

a. Service credits equivalent to the duration of the service disruption. b. A waiver of certain fees for the subsequent month.

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the effective delivery of services, You are responsible for:

a. Providing accurate and timely information as required for the business vetting and PR services. b. Notifying IOI of any changes or updates to previously provided information. c. Cooperating with IOI during the service delivery process.

6. Review and Amendments

This Agreement will be reviewed annually. Any amendments or modifications to this Agreement will be communicated to You 30 days in advance.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

2.D. User Feedback:

We value and encourage user feedback, comments, and suggestions for improvements to our services (“Feedback”). You can submit Feedback by emailing us or through the contact form on our website. You grant to us a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, fully-paid, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license under any and all intellectual property rights that you own or control to use, copy, modify, create derivative works based upon and otherwise exploit the Feedback for any purpose.
